The idea is pretty simple. You weigh yourself each day on a Withings Body or Fitbit Aria scale, and WeightSync will automatically sync your body weight to Strava.
Strava will use your weight and the elevation data and distance of your run or ride to estimate calories burned. The more accurate your current weight is, the more accurate are the calculated values.
